The manager, Michael, runs a tight ship. They are always efficient, accurate, and reasonably priced. The employees all seem to be highly knowledgeable, and I always feel like they are making good recommendations. Once they have gotten under the hood, they call pretty quickly (or talk to me if Im in the lobby) --recommendations are on point and I dont feel like Im being upsold. Ive never dealt with anyone there who just answers the phone. They are all educated in the field and highly professional. Plus the location is extremely convenient, and they usually have simmering like tom and Jerry on in the waiting area, not the news, which I very much appreciate. Highly recommend.

These folks know how to treat high end wheels. Rico and Anthony spent a lot of time and used great care to mount my JDM wheels. It can be questionable going to chain retailers but these are great people with great service.

Spoke with Michael he was very helpful and patient. He gave me a reasonable price on tires and recommended services that my car may have needed. They have an outstanding atmosphere and everybody had a great attitude overall awesome experience.

Made an online appointment for tire replacement and alignment and they had my car done in 1 1/2 hrs. It wasnt too busy when I went and Anthony was very nice and attentive. I will be coming back for future maintenance. P.S.They also let doggies in the waiting room because how could you say no to a sweet doggy.

Poor customer service from service advisor 21ronny. Came into store for a simple rotation and balance of new tires that were purchased around October of 25. I didn’t have an appointment and was told I didn’t need one per the store owner 2 days before. I checked in at 9:19 and the vehicle was taken into the shop at 9:30. At 10:00 the car eas still sitting in the bay with the hood up and doors open. I asked why were the messing around under the hood and inside the car for a tire rotation and was told it was a courtesy check Firestone does. After tell advisor I just wanted tires balanced and rotated the advisor told the technician that the customer didn’t make an appointment and was mad about how long it was taking . He said this will I was standing outside and could hear him. I walked back inside and met him at his position advised him I was told I didn’t need one. He then went out to the technician and told home to hurry up and get my car back to me. The recipe was printed at 10:15. Upon getting the car back home I checked the vehicle over and noticed they did not rotate or balance the tires. I paid for the lifetime balance and recheck and was lied to. I will be sending Firestone a
